That thing shaking in the tree is actually a woman (Or as near to a woman as you can find among those freaks), who apparently goes by the charming hippy nickname “Dumpster Muffin.” When they finally got her down from the tree and identified her, it was revealed that there were already several outstanding warrants for her arrest for a variety of different charges.
Oh, and yes, it looks like her structure is made from several different types of wood, or as I bet they’d call it, “Murdered trees”.
