هادا احنا يالعرب علشان انسيك الترقية اضحكك شوية لكن وقت الجد ماحد عندك كل واحد يفكر في نفسه ولاتنسى الحقد وحب النفس اللي جايبنا ورا اكتر مااحنا ورا اصلا
Guys what Tariq is trying to say is not to avoid promotions but be happy where you are

nice speach, but had some mistakes in ideas ( up to me)
What a wonderful Idea and speech presented by Tareq – although promotion means more responsibilities, more workload, long working hours just for little more money but at the same time it’s a great recognition of the individual’s efforts by the company as well. thus encouraging him/her to do more and more for the company. Congrats Tareq
